What's the delivery time?
Delivery time varies according to your region. For São Paulo city and Greater São Paulo, deliveries are usually made within 1 to 3 business days. For the rest of Brazil, the deadline is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. As soon as the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking code by email.
Do you ship all over Brazil?
Yes! We ship nationwide via Correios and partner carriers. Shipping is calculated automatically in the cart based on your zip code. For purchases above a certain value, we offer free shipping—check the store banner for the current promotion value.
Exchanges and Returns — How does it work?
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request an exchange or return, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. Choosing the ideal surfboard depends on your surfing level, weight, and wave type. Beginners generally benefit from larger and wider boards (funboard or longboard), which offer more stability. Intermediate surfers usually prefer fish or mid-length boards. Advanced surfers opt for more responsive shortboards. What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, American Express), debit cards, Pix, and bank transfers. We offer interest-free installments for up to 12 months on credit card purchases over R$ 300. Payments via Pix are processed immediately and the order is confirmed instantly.
Are the fins already included with the board?
It depends on the board. Some are sold with fins included (especially entry-level ones), while others are sold without — we call these naked boards or blanks. This is clearly stated in each product description. If you have any doubts, just ask us. We have a complete line of FCS II, Future Fins, and Endorfins fins in store.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! We offer a store pickup option in Vila Madalena, with no shipping cost. After payment confirmation, the order will be available for pickup within 2 hours on business days. Our address is R. Inácio Pereira da Rocha, 382 — Vila Madalena, São Paulo.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking code and a link to follow the delivery. You can also track your order directly on the Correios website (correios.com.br) or on our partner carrier's website. If you do not receive the email within 2 business days of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you offer surfboard repair?
Yes! We repair dents, cracks, and breaks on fiberglass and epoxy surfboards. The timeframe and cost vary depending on the type and extent of the damage. If you bring your board to the shop, our team will provide a free assessment and a no-obligation quote. We also have repair kits for sale for those who prefer to do it themselves.
Do you have parking or is it close to public transport?
The store is located in Vila Madalena, with easy access by subway (Vila Madalena station — green line 2) and bus. For those coming by car, there are rotating parking lots in the area. In cases of purchasing surfboards or larger items, please contact us and we will advise you on the best logistics.
